Question 1

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Open the login page, choose Forgot Password, and submit the email used for your ExamShala account. Use the latest reset email you receive, because older reset links may expire after a new request.

Question 2

Why is a premium module still locked after payment?

Accepted Answer

Premium access appears after the payment provider confirms the order and ExamShala verifies it on the server. Refresh your profile or pricing page after a successful payment. If access still does not appear, contact support with your registered email and payment ID.

Question 3

Can I buy only one premium module?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free users can either subscribe for monthly/yearly premium access or buy a specific premium module as a one-time purchase. A verified one-time module purchase stays attached to your account.

Question 4

What happens when my subscription expires?

Accepted Answer

Expired subscriptions no longer unlock all premium modules. Free modules and any individually purchased premium modules remain available from the same account.
