Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ExamShala ('we', 'us', 'our'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our website and services.
Description of Service
ExamShala is an online educational platform that provides practice modules, quiz attempts, progress views, explanations, and exam-preparation resources. Some modules are free, while premium modules may require an active subscription or a verified one-time module purchase.
Subscriptions and One-time Module Purchases
Paid access is enabled only after the payment provider confirms the transaction and ExamShala verifies it on the server. You agree that:
- Subscriptions unlock eligible premium modules only during the active billing period.
- A one-time premium module purchase unlocks that specific module for your account permanently, unless the purchase is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or removed for a legal/security reason.
- Prices, plan benefits, and module availability may change for future purchases, but completed purchases remain tied to the account that made them.
- You must not attempt to bypass access checks, replay payment responses, alter account data, or share paid access outside your account.
User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account
- Use only your own account and payment details unless you have permission from the account/payment owner
User Conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Use automated means to access the service without permission
- Scrape, bulk-download, resell, or republish questions, explanations, analytics, or paid module content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials available on ExamShala, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of ExamShala and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this website or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by ExamShala in writing.
Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this website may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Payments, Refunds, and Billing Issues
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. ExamShala does not store full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on its servers.
If a payment succeeds but access is not visible, contact support with the registered email, payment ID, and module or plan name so we can verify the transaction.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased product, usage, payment-provider status, and applicable law. Chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or reversed payments may remove the related access.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information on this website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamShala excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms.
ExamShala makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this website's content and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content.
Use of this website and the information contained herein is at the user's own risk.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
